This replaced my 15 year old Waterpik and it works great. Comparing the two, the newer reservoir is easier to remove to fill, the on/off button can be pushed with a finger without the whole unit moving and the cord curls up nicely back into place. I don't think I'll use all the extra pik attachments that were provided. They store inside the top cap but they don't snap into place so they are loose inside, and the storage top cap itself doesn't snap closed so there's a chance the contents could spill out if you're not careful removing it. It's annoying but wouldn't change me buying the product again.
